A week on the winter Baltic coast gives you the knowledge and tools you need. Our educational leave course combines science-based health knowledge with targeted movement in nature.

Seminar content:

• Cardiovascular and metabolic health: scientifically based strategies for prevention and strengthening. Risk factors do not add up, they multiply. This is why every change is worthwhile.
• Back and joint health: exercises and knowledge for a pain-free musculoskeletal system. What we do or fail to do every day matters more for our back health than our age or genes.
• Stress reduction: relaxation techniques for greater inner peace. Stress does not only increase heart rate but in the long run also blood pressure. Relaxation is not wellness, it is medicine.
• Exercise: hiking and relaxation methods in nature. Prevention does not start in the gym, it starts with every step.
• Practical everyday tools: practical methods for working life. Every small step counts. Health develops in the moments between the grand resolutions.
• Understanding and changing: knowledge as the key to sustainable prevention. Good theory is the best practice. When people understand why something works, they are more likely to stick with it.
