The new year begins, and with it come the best resolutions. Start 2027 with a week full of knowledge, movement and fresh Baltic Sea air. This educational leave course combines well-founded health knowledge with targeted movement in nature.

Seminar content:

• Cardiovascular health and metabolism: scientifically based strategies for prevention and strengthening. Risk factors do not add up, they multiply. This is why every change is worthwhile.
• Back and joint health: exercises and knowledge for pain-free movement. What we do or neglect every day has a greater impact on our back health than our age or genes.
• Stress reduction: relaxation techniques for greater inner peace. Stress not only raises your pulse but also your blood pressure in the long term, relaxation is not wellness but medicine.
• Movement: hiking, yoga and relaxation methods in nature. Prevention does not begin in the gym but with every step.
• Practical tools for everyday work: practical methods for professional life.
• Understanding and change: knowledge as the key to sustainable prevention.

The seminar content is distributed throughout the day and alternates with hiking phases. Walking distance: approximately 10 km per day or about 2 to 2.5 hours. The seminar day lasts around 6.5 to 7 hours. During this time, the required teaching hours are fully completed.
